The Submarine Warfare insignia, known as “Dolphins,” is awarded only after demonstrating comprehensive mastery of every system aboard a submarine, all emergency procedures, and the ability to operate under real-world mission conditions. Worn by a small percentage of the Navy’s force, the Silver Dolphins represent sustained technical competence, accountability, and operational reliability under pressure.

Served as independent personnel officer for ~40 sailors during a global pandemic. Coordinated 16 qualification exams, maintained all pay and admin systems, and promoted 8 sailors — all while operating as the sole admin resource.

Managed all evaluations, fitness reports, and command awards during a change of command aboard USS Maryland. Processed 71 post-patrol awards and 15 chief evaluations — all ready in 21 days from draft to final signature.

Leading Yeoman for 161 sailors — qualified 6 personnel for watch duties on short notice before underway operations, managed the full watchbill, and was recognized as a senior mentor for proactive qualification support.

Led a division-wide pay initiative resolving $200K+ in outstanding transactions. Recognized by both ship and shore commands for attention to detail and prompt response — selected as Junior Sailor of the Quarter for Q2 2023.

Set the fleet standard for pay and personnel administration across 887 sailors over five strategic patrols, processing 900+ transactions. Established USS Maryland as the benchmark for pay resolution in the fleet. Qualified 12 planesman and 7 Chiefs of the Watch.
